Overview

The Account Manager - CRM/TiV will guide automotive dealerships through growth and development by managing internal processes, data entry, and database management.

In Short

  • Travel within assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers.
  • Maintain activity level of phone calls, emails, and scheduled meetings with dealership management.
  • Track all activity in the Car Force database.
  • Help generate revenue by integrating dealership products.
  • Collaborate with dealership management to develop long-term growth plans.
  • Conduct ongoing training and usage reporting.
  • Maintain files on each dealership.
  • Post visit information on LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience training/supporting software and services to Automotive Dealers.
  • Collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to travel up to 80%.
