Overview

As a Customer Support Partner - T2, you will be a key representative of our company, addressing complex product inquiries and technical issues while engaging with B2C and B2B customers in a dynamic fintech environment.

In Short

  • Act as the voice of customers, addressing complex inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve support tasks including bank transfer discrepancies and escalated cases.
  • Support card logistics operations with high accuracy.
  • Liaise with BPO support teams and banking partners to resolve issues.
  • Channel customer feedback to influence product evolution.
  • Opportunities for growth within the Operations team.
  • Encouragement of diversity in an open team environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support experience, preferably in fintech or banking.
  • Familiarity with financial products is desirable.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail, especially in financial matters.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data in compliance with standards.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting issues on web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, and GDPR basics is desirable.
  • Understanding of fraud prevention measures is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
  • English proficiency is required; German is not necessary.
