Senior Living Specialist Architect - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Position is located in any of K2M's office locations with hybrid flexibility, or fully remote for the right candidate.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for K2M's Senior Living market.
• Responsible for the production and coordination of design, deliverables, and construction administration of a project.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan and coordinate duties.
• Directs and coordinates activities of junior project personnel.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients.
• Coordinates project activities with governmental agencies.
• Establishes priorities for specific client projects.
• Administers construction contracts and conducts on-site observations.
• Specification material research and coordination with manufacturers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a five-year NAAB accredited college or university.
• Registered Architect.
• 7+ years experience in Architecture.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Senior Living design experience required.
