Project Accounting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Project Accounting Specialist will ensure the timely execution of the invoicing process, collection of all company receivables, and resolution to any billing issues with clients, while being a key member of the K2M Support Team.

• Manage client invoicing and collections
• Work with Project Managers to verify billing schedules
• Track reimbursable expenses
• Generate and distribute client invoices
• Process consultant invoices
• Provide A/R reporting to Directors and Project Managers
• Assist with accounts payable and special projects
• Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of work experience in Accounting/Finance
