Project Architect - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Position is located remotely in Central Ohio.
• Responsible for the production and coordination of design, deliverables, and construction administration.
• May serve as the sole designer on small projects or work in a team on larger projects.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan and coordinate duties.
• Directs and coordinates activities of junior project personnel.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients.
• Coordinates project activities with governmental agencies.
• Administers construction contracts and conducts on-site observations.
• Specification material research and coordination with manufacturers.
• Drafting work as required on projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a five-year NAAB accredited college or university.
• Registered Architect.
• 10+ years experience in Architecture.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Position only available to candidates residing in EST and CST time zones.
