Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Industrial architecture team contributing to a range of high-profile data center and mission critical projects. In this role, you’ll oversee the architectural design and technical development, ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.

• Lead the production and coordination of data center and mission critical technical drawings through all project phases.
• Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
• 8-10 years of experience in data center design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions.
