BIM Specialist Architect - Remote

Overview

The BIM Specialist Architect will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to implement architectural and interior models, ensuring effective communication and coordination on complex international projects.

• Utilize BIM format for architecture and interior modeling.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in BIM and architecture.
• Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in Revit Architecture (versions 2022-2025).
• Knowledge of BIM 360 and CBE platforms.
• Good communication skills for team collaboration.
• Experience with LOD 200-400 in architectural modeling.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, CAD, and SketchUp is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with Revit.
• Time management skills to produce work accurately.
• Strong drafting and presentation skills.
