BIM Structural Modeler - Remote

Overview

The BIM Structural Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed structural models using BIM software applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and effective collaboration with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and BIM Management.
• Strong knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in structural modeling and detailing.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to visualize complex structural systems.
• Attention to detail in producing accurate BIM models.
• Problem-solving skills for design conflicts.
• Knowledge of parametric modeling techniques.
• Experience with concrete and structural steel.
