Juul Labs is on a mission to transition the world’s billion adult smokers away from combustible cigarettes, focusing on quality, research, design, and innovation. We are looking for a Director of Data Science to lead a team and drive data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• Lead a team of 3+ Data Scientists.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to analyze trends and KPIs.
• Design scalable data solutions and frameworks.
• Build models to analyze commercial sales data.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of data science experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and its tools.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control and containers.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
