Overview

As an Account Executive at Justworks, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base while driving revenue and growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, from building and managing a sales pipeline to contract negotiation and closing deals.

In Short

  • Manage own book of business and sales pipeline.
  • Establish a presence in the Denver territory.
  • Proactively prospect for new business.
  • Communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to generate sales.
  • Be an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions.
  • Travel within the Denver area for networking and client meetings.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Account Executive position.
  • Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
  • Cold-calling experience is required.
  • Hunter mentality focused on closing deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to simplify complicated topics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
