Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and focused person with recent experience in an estate agency or legal experience in residential conveyancing to join our fast-growing law firm.

• You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients on the phone, providing clear and confident updates.
• Understanding of the residential conveyancing process is essential.
• You’ll manage client expectations with professionalism and empathy.
• This is a work-from-home role with normal full-time working hours.
• You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients each day.
• Chase clients, other law firms and third parties for outstanding documents.
• Upload legal documents and case information to our system.
• No law degree required, but relevant experience is essential.

Requirements

• Recent experience in residential conveyancing or estate agency sales progression.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
