In Short

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support for our range of products.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service.
  • Becoming an expert in critical applications of our platform.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative support improvements.
  • Monitoring critical applications and resolving system issues.
  • Interacting with clients and ensuring timely query resolution.
  • Identifying and developing tools to automate tasks.
  • Managing assigned tickets and keeping customers updated.
  • Liaising with partners to resolve client issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge and training documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience using SQL.
  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft applications.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to thrive in change.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic and service mentality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years in tech support or similar role.
