The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with proven experience coordinating multiple agile teams. You'll work closely with Scrum Masters, scrum teams, and chapter leads on resource and project planning, progress monitoring, forecasting, and release commitments. You'll be the connective tissue ensuring smooth coordination across teams and clear visibility for stakeholders. You thrive in turning technical execution plans into a delivery of measurable business outcomes.

In Short

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager.
• Expert understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master or Agile Project Management certification.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on delivery mindset.
• Resilient under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work with 6-8 hours overlap with UK business hours.
• Fosters continuous improvement across teams.
