As the Senior Technical Writer, Internal Tools and Systems at Juniper Square, you will own the end-to-end documentation experience for our internal platforms and play a pivotal role in shaping how employees and customers understand new functionality.

Requirements

• Proven technical writing experience in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong belief in AI enhancing productivity.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables independently.
• Understanding of Agile practices.
• Experience with documentation systems like Zendesk and Markdown.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable editing HTML and light CSS.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Analytical skills for measuring documentation effectiveness.
