Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our technology team and take ownership of the systems, tools, and workflows that power our internal operations. This role sits at the intersection of IT, DevOps, and service operations—focused on delivering tools and practices that help our teams work smarter, stay compliant, and provide great service to members and providers.

In Short

• Internal Product Ownership: Define and evolve roadmaps for internal systems like identity management, deployment tooling, monitoring dashboards, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases.
• Stakeholder Enablement: Work closely with non-technical teams to understand pain points and translate them into technical requirements.
• Compliance Awareness: Help operational teams stay ahead of compliance, security, and other regulatory needs.
• Process Optimization: Improve how teams request, access and use IT services, platforms and tooling.
• Collaboration Across Functions: Partner with IT, DevOps to ensure technical initiatives align with business goals and workflows.
• Prioritization & Communication: Act as a hub for feedback, issue triage, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Experience in Technical Product Management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in IT.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
