Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Success in recruiting for technical and business roles.
• Interest in utilizing AI and recruiting technology.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-informed mindset for decision-making.
• Experience with ATS; familiarity with Ashby is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptable to change.
• Strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
