Overview

As a Principal Compensation Analyst at Juniper Square, you will own compensation strategy and analysis for all non-Sales roles across various geographies, focusing on designing and managing cash compensation and equity programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation program management.
  • Deep experience with compensation practices in the US, India, and Europe.
  • Experience analyzing salary survey and compensation market data.
  • Enterprise-wide program management experience.
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity about the business and industry.
