The JumpCloud Talent Attraction team is seeking a highly-motivated, fully-remote, Mexico-based Full Cycle Recruiter to expand the team in LATAM and build a world-class team that is reimagining the Directory space.

• Fully remote role based in Mexico.
• Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates across various functions.
• Work closely with executives and hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
• Manage the recruiting cycle and keep the ATS updated.

• 5+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication skills needed.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Responsible for various roles including sales, marketing, and finance.
