In Short

  • Own the martech domain, serving as the primary product owner and point of contact for attribution and analytics tools.
  • Develop fan-facing web and app features related to ticketing and content.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including client escalations and feature requests.
  • Lead core product processes: backlog grooming and sprint readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams.
  • Manage third-party API integrations end-to-end.
  • Explore AI-powered opportunities to enhance marketing performance.
  • Define success metrics and iterate on AI-driven features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
  • Experience with ecommerce and managing complex roadmaps.
  • Fluency with AI tools and a curiosity for experimentation.
  • Experience owning client relationships.
  • Martech expertise in platforms like CRM and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of cross-channel attribution challenges.
  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and lifecycle campaigns.
