Requirements

• 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with Workday, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a global organization.
