Overview

We are looking for a true hunter: You love cold calling, actively build your pipeline daily, and independently close new B2B customers. You work nationwide in Germany, mobile and flexible — presence in Magdeburg or Eisenach is optional, customer appointments usually take place digitally.

In Short

  • Full responsibility for new customer acquisition: cold calling via phone, email, and LinkedIn until contract signing.
  • Daily outbound activity: systematic prospecting, appointment scheduling, qualification, and handover to the project team.
  • Pipeline management in CRM: forecasting, deal tracking, and clean handover to delivery.
  • Close collaboration with SDR and marketing team – leads are complementary, not sufficient; your focus remains on new business.
  • Continuous market and competitive observation and development of new acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven success in new customer acquisition in B2B sales (ideally: IT/Software/Cloud).
  • Enjoyment and confidence in cold calling: phone calls, outreach campaigns, social selling.
  • Result-oriented work style and high self-motivation.
  • Proficient use of CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written); good English is an advantage.
