Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at jobsmatter, a modern and innovative recruitment consultant focused on guiding candidates through the application process.

• Planning, creation, and management of content for various social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Development and implementation of social media strategies to increase reach and interaction
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting social media activities
• Community management and interaction with followers
• Collaboration with marketing, design, and external agencies
• Trend scouting and continuous development of social media presence

Requirements

• Completed studies or training in marketing, communication, or a comparable field
• Experience in social media management, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
• Creativity and a sense for relevant content and trends
• Proficient use of social media tools and analytics tools
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and teamwork
• Very good German skills, English skills are a plus
