Overview

The Customer Support Agent will assist residents with issues related to the property portal, including payment processing, maintenance ticket submissions, and general navigation, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Empathetic demeanor for escalated issues.
