Requirements

Proven Amazon expertise and leadership skills
Data-driven mindset
Experience in managing KPIs such as BSR, conversion rate, and ACoS
Strong analytical skills for market analysis
Ability to mentor and develop team members
Experience with pricing strategies and competitor intelligence
Knowledge of Amazon trends and policy changes
Experience in conducting A/B tests on product pages
Ability to encourage experimentation with new tools
