The Customer Service Representative will ensure customers feel heard and supported while managing inquiries and resolving issues related to Amazon products.

• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Handle refunds and replacements
• Respond to voicemail messages and make follow-up calls
• Master Gorgias for customer support
• Become a product expert to troubleshoot issues
• Report product improvement ideas
• Manage email replies and follow-ups
• Work flexible hours with U.S. business hour overlap
• Minimum 4 hours on one weekend day required
• Flexible scheduling available with advance notice

Requirements

• Experience in Amazon customer support
• Sharp and reliable communication skills
