As a Sales Recruiter on our International Recruiting team, you’ll directly impact our Client's growth trajectory by attracting and hiring top talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver on headcount plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and hiring plans.

• Drive the candidate evaluation process end-to-end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in sales/high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for EMEA.
• Ability to use candidate funnel data effectively.
• Work autonomously and be resourceful.
• High attention to detail and quality of work.
• Critical thinking and a sense of urgency.
• Collaborative team player.
