HR Systems Data Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Data Specialist with strong Workday expertise. This role will support three key areas: performance management cycle, Workday implementation, and day-to-day HR data support.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end project management of the performance review cycle.
• Create and manage comprehensive Asana project with all deliverables.
• Support the implementation team in ensuring successful Workday deployment.
• Generate and analyze employee data reports as requested.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems through regular audits.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support during the review cycle.
• Document process improvements for future performance cycles.
• Track completion rates and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve system bugs.
• Assist with configuration decisions based on business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems and data roles.
• Workday HCM experience required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with system testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills.
