Corporate/G&A Recruiter (Contract, Remote)

Overview

The Corporate/G&A Recruiter will support business-enabling functions by managing the recruiting process from sourcing to closing candidates, all within a fully remote environment.

• Supports business-enabling functions (not engineers, product, or GTM).
• Hybrid role between full-cycle recruiter and recruiting operations partner.
• Fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.
• Experience in managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance).
• Strong phone screening and assessment capabilities.
• Hands-on use of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools.
• Delivering high-touch candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment.
• Operationally strong and adaptable in recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to assess non-technical skills relevant to corporate functions.
• Experience tracking metrics such as time-to-fill and conversion rates.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
