As a VTC Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless audio-visual communication systems that support both in-person and virtual collaboration. This position involves hands-on installation, monitoring, and maintenance of AV and VTC systems, as well as providing technical troubleshooting and user support. You will oversee live video streaming quality, manage digital media operations, and ensure effective resolution of service tickets. Working closely with contractors and technical teams, you will contribute to maintaining reliable, high-quality communication infrastructure that directly impacts organizational efficiency and connectivity.

In Short

• Install, monitor, and maintain audio and video conferencing systems.
• Activate, deactivate, recover, and correct VTC resources to ensure system availability.
• Create, report, track, and close VTC service trouble tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting AV and VTC performance.
• Monitor live video streaming quality and manage digital media platforms.
• Provide support during virtual meetings and face-to-face conferences.
• Oversee contractors for cabling and VTC installation projects.
