Remote VP of Product

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP of Product - REMOTE. In this executive role, you will own the comprehensive product experience, guiding a team of product managers and UX designers. You'll set high standards for product execution and oversee the definition and prioritization of our product roadmap. This role emphasizes collaboration across multiple departments, ensuring that products meet the highest quality and are aligned with strategic goals. Your ability to lead by example will be key to fostering a robust product culture and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers
• Own the prioritization and scheduling of product feature work
• Define and drive the product roadmap based on market opportunities and customer insights
• Ensure quality and integrity of all apps and products with final sign-off authority
• Act as an internal advocate for users and product considerations at the leadership level
• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to shepherd projects from concept to launch
• Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback post-launch
• Work with executive leadership on annual and quarterly planning

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers
• Demonstrated track record of launching products from concept to market
• Proven ability to communicate product vision and align cross-functional teams
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience tracking product KPIs
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus
