Overview

Seven Starling is seeking a VP of Product to lead product strategy and execution as we scale our specialized women’s mental health platform across the country.

In Short

• Own and drive product strategy with high-stakes prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years at VP/Director level.
• Experience in Series A-C startups, scaling products from early stage to growth.
• Deep experience in digital health and regulated healthcare environments.
• Passion for AI tools and practical healthcare applications.
• Track record of end-to-end product strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work with KPIs and dashboards.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Strong technical acumen for engaging with engineering leadership.
• Experience building and managing product teams.
• Strong customer empathy and advocacy for the mission.
