In Short

• Lead and improve Seven Starling’s medical program.
• Manage a team of up to 40-60 contract PMHNPs.
• Provide 5-7 hours of direct patient care weekly.
• Implement quality improvements in the medical program.
• Recruit and train talented healthcare providers.
• Track KPIs and execute operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance patient care.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Drive operational excellence in maternal mental healthcare.
• Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNC).
• 2+ years of clinical management experience.
• Expertise in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
• Experience with provider recruitment and training.
• Quality improvement and performance management experience.
• Comfort with virtual platforms and electronic health records.
• Ability to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
