Overview

As the third engineering hire at Seven Starling, you will play a key role in shaping the technical architecture and culture of the company, focusing on building innovative products in the healthcare technology space.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in startups with experience in building and scaling systems.
• Experience in healthcare technology or similarly regulated industries.
• Deep experience with distributed, cloud-native systems.
• Highly skilled in modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes.
