Overview

This executive role is focused on driving customer success and business expansion through a strategic, hands-on approach. You will lead the post-sale lifecycle, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform while fostering long-term loyalty.

In Short

  • Lead, scale, and mentor the Client Success and Account Management teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and conversion for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • Conduct team training focused on relationship-building and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams.
  • Conduct 1:1s with team members to monitor accounts and manage opportunities.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic accounts.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture across the organization.
  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs around customer health.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support processes for all customers.
