Remote Value and Access Insights Senior Manager

Overview

This role is critical in shaping the strategies of patient support services through data-driven insights, impacting the healthcare landscape and patient outcomes.

In Short

• Partner with Patient Access and Reimbursement (PAR) team to build analytics plans.
• Monitor program objectives and recommend design changes.
• Manage onshore and global team members.
• Understand the pharmaceutical ecosystem and data sets.
• Oversee managed markets analysis.
• Prepare reports on product performance.
• Execute analytics plans to generate insights.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Perform advanced analytics for business strategies.
• Visualize trends using PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with product/indication launch preferred.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• 5+ years in healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry required.
