This remote opportunity is ideal for a payroll professional experienced in multi-state processing and UKG Pro. You’ll join a dynamic team responsible for executing accurate, high-volume payrolls, supporting various clients across industries. With a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, you’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance and optimizing processes. In Short

  • Accurately process and audit multi-state payrolls for multiple clients, including quarter- and year-end tasks.
  • Execute and review pre- and post-payroll reports, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payroll outputs, research variances, and process adjustments, manual checks, reversals, and stop payments.
  • Support the setup of new payroll cycles, including HR and pay data entry.
  • Assist clients with annual enrollment, testing, and quarter/year-end preparation.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls (SOC 1) and service level agreements.
  • Identify client issues and escalate concerns to the team lead or manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts through excellent service and communication.

Requirements

  • Experience with UKG Pro and multi-state payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and payroll regulations.
