Overview

This position is for a Senior Consultant who will lead complex enterprise-wide delivery and transformation initiatives across the Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring business agility and operational efficiency.

• Own delivery outcomes for a portfolio of Atlassian programs.

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise IT delivery or program leadership.
• Deep experience with Atlassian platforms at enterprise scale.
• Proven leadership in Atlassian migrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, ITSM, and DevOps.
• Experience managing multi-team portfolios.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Preferred: Atlassian certifications.
• Preferred: Experience in regulated environments.
• Preferred: Global team leadership experience.
