Overview

This position is a Tech Recruiter role focused on sourcing and attracting talent for cybersecurity positions, playing a key role in enhancing the organization’s workforce.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience in IT or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Bamboo HRIS is preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are preferred.
