Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs.
• 3+ years managing multi-team initiatives across product and platform.
• Proficient with program execution and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Technical fluency in modern software systems and ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Experience using metrics to enhance predictability and drive outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset for tracking program health and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for different audience levels.
