• Collaborate with product owners and design teams to implement new features for registry, Shop, Cart, and Checkout experiences.
• Provide technical leadership within the Commerce team, setting high standards for architecture, code quality, and best practices.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and implement improvements to platform architecture and development processes.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems, including test coverage, code optimization, and reducing technical debt.
• Mentor engineers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.
• Propose new product initiatives based on technical insights and platform capabilities.
• Ensure development practices incorporate AI-augmented tooling to improve productivity and innovation.
