Overview

This position is for a Territory Sales Specialist responsible for generating new sales in the automotive service market, focusing on independent and retail chains.

In Short

  • Generate new sales opportunities for Rotary products in assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive market share.
  • Conduct customer demonstrations to improve sales lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with store decision makers to expand business volume.
  • Manage time and prioritize sales efforts based on product knowledge.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate solutions with account teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to report on sales progress.
  • Perform periodic account reviews and report key indicators to management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of territory sales or customer relationship experience, preferably in the automotive or equipment industries.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in aligning sales strategies with key activities.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
