Overview

This position is for a Remote Software Development Manager who will lead core product teams focused on innovative solutions in real estate, combining technical expertise with a hands-on approach.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with team management.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, React, Node.js, MS SQL, AWS.
• Proficient in software design patterns and modern development practices.
• Hands-on coding experience within the last year.
• Proven leadership skills in building productive teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
• Problem-solving mindset for tackling technical challenges.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
