Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

This position involves maintaining and optimizing video conferencing technologies, ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability through effective troubleshooting and incident resolution.

• Optimizing video conferencing technologies, SIP/H.323, VoIP, and real-time communication systems.
• Owning and delivering high-quality, timely RCA’s for critical incidents.
• Collaborating with Engineering, SRE, Product Managers, and Developers.
• Driving innovation within support workflows.
• Facilitating customer debugging calls.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SSO.
• Knowledge of API troubleshooting and RESTful integrations.
• Familiarity with a programming language (Python, Java, etc.) and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, or other UC solutions.
• Understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux; familiarity with iOS/Android.
