In Short

• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of SAP programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Serve as the strategic delivery leader and escalation point across complex engagements.
• Manage planning, resourcing, budget control, quality checks, and risk mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance and leading communication with executive stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with delivery best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Guide organizational change management and platform adoption efforts.
• Establish quality benchmarks, proactively address risks, and implement continuous improvement practices.
• Mentor and grow high-performing delivery teams, aligning capabilities with evolving technology needs like AI, Cloud ERP, and analytics.
