• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a high-touch, positive experience for all candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.

• Conduct end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline within the ATS.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Act as a candidate advisor and advocate.
• Support multiple technical functions including Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Finance.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes.
