• Serve as a functional SME, guiding site staff during live scheduling and data collection sessions.
• Configure site locations, units, and schedulable resources within the application during active events.
• Manage user access, onboarding, and removal, ensuring readiness for upcoming site cutovers.
• Coordinate and track subject matter experts (SMEs) for orientation sessions and live events.
• Provide coverage for technical team schedules during data collection activities.
• Participate in internal meetings, training calls, and coordination sessions to support operational readiness.
• Maintain DAWA-related documentation, including checklists, quick reference guides, and Q&A resources.
• Review session recordings and extract lessons learned to update internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure alignment of DAWA activities with broader program objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data collection and reporting tools.
• Experience with user onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of federal agency operations is a plus.
