Senior Product Manager - Remote

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping products that directly impact entrepreneurs and small businesses across Europe. You will lead discovery and product initiatives, collaborate closely with engineers and designers, and define roadmaps that address user needs while aligning with strategic business objectives. In Short

• Conduct continuous user discovery through interviews, research, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Define OKRs, prioritize features, and shape product roadmaps to maximize user impact and achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and engineering squads to implement solutions iteratively, following the MVP approach.
• Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives, provide guidance to the squad, and contribute to product culture and best practices.
• Mentor new PMs and take on increased responsibilities as the product team grows.
