Senior Physical Engineer, Renewables - Remote

Overview

This position provides an opportunity to lead and deliver engineering solutions for renewable energy projects, including electric power substations and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

In Short

• Lead projects as a Phase Manager, managing scope, budget, and client interactions.
• Perform QA/QC work by reviewing designs for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and train junior engineers in physical design.
• Collaborate with technical directors on multidisciplinary projects.
• Prepare detailed designs, calculations, and documentation.
• Manage project deliverables and deadlines.
• Perform occasional field inspections and construction supervision.
