Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (power systems preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in substation physical design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong initiative and leadership qualities.
• Experience with 3D modeling using Autodesk Inventor.
• Familiarity with substation grounding studies and CDEGS.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
