Overview

This senior-level remote position involves overseeing the technical support and upgrade activities of mission-critical eDiscovery platforms for top legal, corporate, and service provider clients.

• Provide expert-level frontend and backend support for eDiscovery platforms.
• Monitor and maintain client environments, troubleshooting issues.
